XUANYU Sieving and Filtration Solutions for the Coatings Industry

Core Advantages

Finished Product Purification: The pre-filtered coating enters the high-precision security filter for secondary purification, removing tiny impurities (≥5μm) that may affect product quality; the purified coating with uniform fineness is discharged to the next process (grinding or filling), ensuring the final product meets industry quality standards. The entire process is fully enclosed, avoiding solvent volatilization and material contamination.

Anti-Stick & Anti-Blocking Performance: Adopting anti-stick polished surfaces, ultrasonic anti-blocking technology (for powder coatings), and mechanical scraper self-cleaning systems (for high-viscosity coatings), it solves the problem of sticky coating materials blocking sieve meshes and filter elements. The continuous online cleaning function ensures uninterrupted production without frequent disassembly and cleaning.

Low Material Loss & High Yield: Optimized internal flow channels and anti-residue design minimize coating material adhesion on equipment surfaces, reducing raw material loss to ≤0.5%. The integrated sieving-filtration process avoids intermediate material transfer loss, and the filter residue recovery system further improves material utilization, helping reduce production costs.

Flexible Customization & System Integration: Modular design supports flexible combination of sieving and filtration equipment (single-machine or multi-stage series/parallel) according to production scale and process requirements. Customizable mesh/filter precision (5μm–1500μm), flow rate, and equipment size, perfectly matching coating mixing, dispersing, grinding, and filling systems to adapt to water-based, solvent-based, powder, and high-viscosity (up to 800,000 cP) coatings production.

Raw Material Sieving: Coating raw materials (pigments, fillers, resins) are evenly fed into the ultrasonic vibrating sieve via a screw feeder; high-frequency ultrasonic vibration and mechanical vibration work together to break agglomerates, allowing qualified fine particles to pass through the sieve mesh, while coarse impurities and agglomerates are discharged separately, ensuring clean raw materials for subsequent mixing and dispersing.
