Working Principle

1. Negative Pressure SuctionThe vacuum pump generates negative pressure in the sealed pipeline and hopper; the flour is sucked into the suction nozzle through the feeding hopper with air flow, and enters the conveying pipeline along with the air.
2. Air-Material SeparationThe air-flour mixture is transported to the cyclone separator/filter hopper at the discharge end; the flour particles are separated from the air by centrifugal force and filter screen, and fall into the hopper under gravity.
3. Clean Air DischargeThe filtered clean air is discharged from the vacuum pump after passing through the high-efficiency filter, and the filter screen is automatically cleaned by pulse jet to prevent blockage and ensure continuous conveying.
4. Automatic DischargingWhen the flour in the hopper reaches the set material level, the discharge valve opens automatically, and the flour is discharged into the next processing equipment (sieving machine, mixer, packaging machine) under gravity, completing a full cycle of suction-conveying-discharging.
