Working Principle
XUANYU Ultrasonic Sieving Machine adopts a dual-drive design combining a vertical vibration motor and an ultrasonic generator. The vertical vibration motor serves as the main excitation source, generating horizontal, vertical and inclined composite vibration through eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends, which drives materials to move in a regular involute trajectory on the screen surface, realizing preliminary screening. At the same time, the ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency ultrasonic vibration (20-40kHz), which is transmitted to the screen mesh through the ultrasonic transducer. This high-frequency micro-vibration makes the screen mesh produce rapid expansion and contraction, effectively preventing fine materials from adhering to the screen aperture and blocking the mesh.
During the operation, materials larger than the screen aperture are discharged from the upper discharge port under the action of composite vibration, while materials smaller than the screen aperture pass through the screen mesh smoothly (without clogging) and fall to the lower layer or are directly discharged, completing the high-precision screening process. The vibration amplitude of the motor and the frequency of ultrasonic waves can be independently adjusted to adapt to different material properties (such as fineness, viscosity, humidity) and screening requirements.
