Working Principle

1. Hygienic Feeding: The sieved or milled flour is evenly fed into the sealed hopper of the screw conveyor, and the feeding port is designed with a dust-proof cover to prevent dust leakage and ensure clean feeding.
2. Enclosed Conveying: The motor drives the screw blade to rotate via a reducer, and the flour is pushed forward along the sealed stainless steel tube/trough by the friction and thrust of the blade, realizing continuous enclosed conveying without scattering.
3. Stable Discharging: Flour is smoothly discharged from the sealed discharge port at the end of the conveyor and directly transferred to the next process (mixing, packaging, storage); the optimized blade end design ensures complete material discharge with minimal residue.
4. Safety Regulation: The overload protection system immediately cuts off power when the conveyor is blocked by materials, preventing motor burnout; the tensioning device maintains stable operation of the screw blade, and the emergency stop button ensures operator safety in case of abnormal conditions.
