XUANYU Sieving Solution for Flour

Core Advantages

  1. Flour-Specific Precision Sieving: Tailored exclusively for wheat flour, high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, and whole-wheat flour sieving, integrating ultrasonic vibrating sieves and rotary vibration sieves. The optimized sieve structure and gentle vibration mode avoid flour agglomeration and overheating, with sieving accuracy ranging from 40μm to 500μm (40–325 mesh), ensuring uniform particle size distribution, pure flour quality, and consistent baking performance.
  2. Food-Grade Hygiene & Safety: All contact parts (sieve mesh, sieve chamber, feeding hopper, discharging port) are made of AISI 304/316L stainless steel with polished, crevice-free surfaces, complying with FDA, 3-A, and BISSC food safety standards. The fully enclosed design prevents dust leakage, cross-contamination, and moisture absorption, ensuring the flour remains clean and meets food processing hygiene requirements.
  3. Anti-Blocking & Anti-Agglomeration: Adopting ultrasonic anti-blocking technology and food-grade anti-stick coatings, it effectively solves the problem of fine flour particles blocking sieve meshes and agglomerating due to static electricity or moisture. The continuous online cleaning function ensures uninterrupted production, reducing the need for frequent manual cleaning and improving work efficiency.
  4. Low Flour Loss & High Yield: Optimized internal flow channels and anti-residue design minimize flour adhesion on equipment surfaces, reducing raw material loss to ≤0.3%. The integrated sieving process avoids intermediate material transfer loss, and the sieve residue recovery system can reprocess coarse particles (such as bran) to further improve flour yield and reduce production costs.
  5. Easy Operation & Low Maintenance: PLC+HMI touchscreen control enables one-key start-stop, adjustable vibration frequency and amplitude, and real-time monitoring of sieving status. Tool-free sieve mesh replacement (completed in 30 seconds) and detachable components facilitate quick cleaning and maintenance, reducing downtime and labor intensity.
  6. Flexible Customization & System Integration: Modular design supports flexible combination of single-machine or multi-stage sieving equipment according to flour production scale (small workshops to large flour mills) and process requirements. Customizable sieve mesh specifications, flow rate (500 kg/h–20 t/h), and equipment size, perfectly matching flour milling, mixing, and packaging systems, adapting to different types of flour processing needs.

Working Principle

  1. Flour Feeding: After milling, the crude flour is evenly fed into the vibrating sieve via a screw feeder or hopper, ensuring stable and uniform feeding without causing sieve mesh overload.
  2. Precision Sieving: Driven by a high-frequency vibration exciter, the sieve body generates gentle linear or elliptical vibration. Under the combined action of vibration force and gravity, flour particles move forward and jump on the sieve surface; qualified fine flour particles pass through the sieve mesh, while coarse impurities (such as bran, broken wheat grains) and agglomerates are discharged separately.
  3. Anti-Blocking & Cleaning: During the sieving process, the ultrasonic anti-blocking system works synchronously to break up agglomerated flour and clear blocked sieve meshes. The food-grade anti-stick coating prevents flour from adhering to the sieve chamber, ensuring smooth sieving and reducing residue.
  4. Finished Product Collection: The sieved fine flour is collected through the lower discharge port and conveyed to the next process (mixing, packaging, or storage) via a conveyor. Coarse residues are discharged through the slag discharge port for reprocessing or other uses, completing the entire flour sieving process.
