Working Principle

1. Hygienic FeedingSieved or milled flour is evenly fed into the sealed feeding end of the stainless steel trough via a dust-proof hopper, with guide plates ensuring smooth material entry and preventing spillage.
2. Enclosed ConveyingThe motor drives the scraper chain to run stably along the sealed trough via a food-grade reducer; the scraper pushes the flour forward synchronously through friction and thrust, realizing continuous enclosed conveying without scattering.
3. Smooth DischargingWhen the flour reaches the sealed discharging end, it is transferred to the next process (lifting, mixing, packaging) via a dedicated discharge hopper; the optimized scraper and trough design ensure complete material discharge with minimal residue.
