XUANYU Rotary Sieving Machine, also known as three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen, is a high-precision sieving equipment independently developed and produced by Henan Xuanyu Technology Co., Ltd. It is widely used in the screening and filtration of powder, granular and viscous materials in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, providing efficient and accurate material classification solutions for industrial production lines.

Working Principle
The machine adopts a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source, with eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. When the motor rotates, the eccentric weights generate a combined force of horizontal, vertical and inclined directions, which is transmitted to the screen surface, making the material move in an outward expanding involute trajectory on the screen surface. By adjusting the relative phase angle of the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, the movement track of the material on the screen surface can be flexibly changed to meet the requirements of different screening operations, such as precise classification, impurity removal and solid-liquid separation. Materials larger than the screen aperture are discharged from the discharge port of the layer, while materials smaller than the screen aperture fall to the lower layer for continuous screening, thus completing the material screening process.
