Working Principle

XUANYU Rectangular Sieve operates based on the principle of linear vibration. The vibration motor drives the sieve body to produce high-frequency linear vibration, making materials move forward in a parabolic trajectory on the screen surface. During the movement, fine particles pass through the screen mesh to complete classification, while coarse particles or impurities continue to move forward along the screen surface and are discharged from the tail outlet. The adjustable vibration parameters ensure that different types of materials can be screened efficiently, avoiding mesh blocking and improving screening accuracy.
