Working Principle

  1. Feeding: Raw ores/aggregates are evenly fed to the upper end of the screen surface via a feeder, entering the screening area along the inclined screen surface.
  2. Vibration Separation: Driven by the vibration exciter, the screen body generates high-frequency linear or elliptical vibration; under the combined action of vibration force and gravity, materials move forward and jump on the screen surface.
  3. Classification Discharge: Materials smaller than the screen mesh size pass through the screen surface and are collected as undersize products; oversize materials continue to move along the screen surface and are discharged from the tail end, completing multi-grade classification of materials through multi-layer screen surfaces.
