Working Principle
XUANYU Gyratory Sieve is driven by a motor to drive the eccentric shaft to rotate, which converts the rotary motion into a 3D gyratory motion of the screen frame (horizontal circular motion + vertical slight up and down vibration). Under the action of this composite motion, the bulk materials on the screen surface are thrown up and spread out in a spiral shape, and move from the center of the screen surface to the edge in a uniform and continuous manner. During the movement, materials that meet the screen hole size pass through the screen surface layer by layer, while oversized materials are discharged from the discharge port of each layer, thus realizing the precise classification of multiple particle size fractions of materials at one time.
