Overview

XUANYU Compact Sieving Machine is a high-efficiency, space-saving screening equipment independently developed by Henan Xuanyu Technology Co., Ltd. Designed for scenarios with limited installation space, this machine integrates the core functions of traditional sieving equipment into a compact structure, without compromising screening efficiency and precision. Working Principle

Adopting a high-performance mini vertical vibration motor as the excitation source, the XUANYU Compact Sieving Machine generates stable horizontal, vertical and inclined composite vibration through the eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. This vibration is efficiently transmitted to the screen surface, driving materials to move in a regular involute trajectory on the screen—ensuring full contact between materials and the screen mesh, avoiding material accumulation, and improving screening speed. Materials larger than the screen aperture are discharged from the upper discharge port, while materials smaller than the screen aperture fall to the lower layer (or directly discharged) to complete the screening process. The vibration amplitude and trajectory can be flexibly adjusted by modifying the phase angle of the eccentric weights, adapting to different material properties and screening requirements.

• Shock-Absorbing Pad: Installed at the bottom of the base, reducing the impact of vibration on the surrounding environment and equipment, ensuring stable operation.
