Working Principle

1. Hygienic Feeding: Sieved or milled flour is evenly fed into the sealed feeding end via a dust-proof hopper, with guide plates ensuring smooth material entry onto the moving slat/chain, preventing spillage and dust leakage.
2. Stable Enclosed Conveying: The motor drives the driving sprocket to rotate via a food-grade reducer, driving the stainless steel chain and slat to move synchronously; flour is held on the slat and conveyed along the sealed casing, with the tension device maintaining stable chain operation.
3. Smooth Discharging: When the material reaches the sealed discharging end, it is transferred to the next process (lifting, mixing, packaging) via a discharge hopper; the anti-stick slat surface and scraper device ensure complete material discharge with minimal residue.
