Working Principle

1. Preparation: The dust collector is pre-started to form negative pressure in the unloading chamber, and the operator opens the safety interlock door to enter the operation position.
2. Bag Dumping: The operator cuts open the material bag, pours the bulk material into the inclined hopper, and the fugitive dust generated during the process is instantly captured by the dust collector and filtered.
3. Material Conveying: The material slides into the lower hopper under gravity (assisted by vibratory hopper if needed), and is uniformly conveyed to the subsequent production equipment through the outlet matching conveyor/feeder.
4. Dust Recycling: The dust filtered by the dust collector falls back into the hopper through the automatic cleaning system (pulse jet/shaker), realizing 100% material recovery without waste.
